bundle features:
cadillac trapeze table – allows for exercises against an initial resistance as low as 2.7 lbs.push-thru and roll-down bars offer adjustable spring resistance while providing stabilizationand support to the body. leg and arm springs attach at various heights to progressclients to open-chain exercises. scores of exercises with hundreds of variations can be performedin prone, supine, side-lying, kneeling, standing, and inverted positions to work allmuscle groups.
ladder barrel – steel frame construction ensures stability and durability and features anadjustable sliding base to allow for different torso and leg lengths by varying the distancebetween the ladder and barrel. the ladder barrel facilitates a variety of exercises in allplanes of motion.
split-pedal stability chair – ideal for those who require a seated or upright position, thestability chair helps re-balance muscles and provides full-body conditioning. the smallerbase of support and dual pedals allows for bilateral, unilateral and reciprocal variations ofleg and arm exercises to challenge core stability. two pedals move independently or locktogether to form one. sturdy handles offer solid support for upright exercise.
