this pneumatic unweighting system allows patients to perform therapeutic activitiesin an upright, functional position without altering gait patterns. provides a safe andsecure environment for both client and practitioner. the new cantilevered design provides unobstructedviews and easy access to the patient. the single point unweighting allows forunrestricted shoulder and pelvic movement and 360° rotation for multi-planar exercises. it canunweight from 0-300 lbs. in increments of one pound and support a 500 lb. patient. features a30" vertical oscillation; a safety mode which prevents falls if clients lose their balance, therebyincreasing patient confidence during walking, running or balance activities; and an exercise modewhich is used for large vertical movements such as jumping, stair climbing, retraining the sit tostand motion or lifting patients from wheel chairs. it can be used over most exercise equipment:treadmills, steppers, bicycles, mini-trampolines and balance equipment. a quiet, pneumaticcompressor comes standard with each unit.
