this portable device allows for greater independence and safety while standing to perform toileting ordressing. it provides a stable surface to hold at an appropriate height to discourage bending forward which might cause loss of balance. the steady stander is versatile because it can be moved easily from one side of the toilet to another. no professional installation required. it is not intended to carry user’s full weight as with transfers or mobility. rail height 38". stabilizing bracket height adjustment: 16"–25". base: 13" x 20 1/2". weight capacity: 250lbs.
