reminds user to stay seated, without restraint. cushion fits between wheelchair arms, held in place by the compression of the arms and hook & loop tabs around arm uprights. when the user rises, the cushion pushes forward and disconnects one of the tabs, causing the alarm to sound. vinyl-covered polyurethane foam cushion is 21½"w x 8¼"d x 3¼"h. alarm unit features on/off switch, two sound levels, and a low-battery warning light. fits 16" and 18" wide wheelchairs. requires 9v battery (included).
