easy to operate, reliable andeconomical, too. used on chairs with the cord attached to patient’sclothes. the alarm is activated when the cord is pulled as a result of the patientstarting to stand. the pull string has a 1" diameter magnet on one end and aspring-loaded metal clip on the other. alarm triggers and red light is illuminatedwhen magnet is pulled away from the alarm. included for attachment of the unitis a spring-loaded clip for easy attachment to a wheelchair.

• the alarm unit measures 5" x 2" x 1.25",making it small and discreet.
• durable design – doesn’t need an expensiverubber protective. passed drop test byindependent lab simulating 500 drops.
• a volume adjustment switch inside the batterycompartment can be set at high (105db) orlow (90db).
• the included 9v battery has an extra secure fit.when the alarm is dropped, the battery does notfall out of the alarm and fly across the floor. also,makes it more difficult for patients to disable thealarm. red light flashes when battery is low.
• tool free battery door – nurse or therapistwon’t have to search for a screwdriverjust to change the battery.
• the length of the pull cord can be adjustedup to 30" so you can determinehow far the patient is able to movewithout setting off the alarm.
