early warning helps prevent falls
place the sensor behind the shoulders in bed or ona chair seat back for an early warning alarm. thealarm remains off while the patient is close —from contact to a couple of inches away from thesensor. but as soon as the patient moves forwardthe alarm is triggered — before the patient gets up and before a fall!
