the pressure sensor is a silicon chip piezo-resistive type with temperature compensation and trimming elements integrated on the chip. the technology provides high accuracy and stability of the electrical signals. the meter is calibrated with direction from the operator’s manual and a reference meter. the meter is factory calibrated to international standards.

max transient pressure allowed:		3000 mmhg/400kpa.
calibration:		20 centigrade. offset shift approx. +1 mmhg per 5 deg centigrade.
inaccuracy:		+/- 2 mmhg 0.25 kpa +/0.5% of reading at 15 to 25 centigrade.
battery:		9v 6lr61, alkaline type, 15 min. auto shut off. no user adjustment needed.
recommended check/calibration interval:		1 year for specified accuracy.
