this unique device provides functional weight-bearing exercises to improve proximal stability. the srf board consists of two discs, one fixed and one sliding, that can either rotate or be locked to create a stable base. the discs provide a friction-free environment that decreases torque at the knee during exercise. can be used for eccentric and concentric, static and dynamic, and function training of users’ lower extremities, trunk, and upper extremities by changing disc and bumper configuration and user position. system features include:

four tension cords (two light & two heavy) which can be attached at either end of the device to provide resistance or assistance.
one fixed and one sliding rotational discs.
lockout pins that eliminate disc rotation to increase stability.
four adjustable bumpers to limit range of motion from either end of the unit.
a rotational box that can be fitted over the black end-cup on either end of the sliding unit to create a single unit with two discs.
board measures 51" x 10" x 5" (130 x 25 x 13 cm) and weighs 20 lbs. (9kg). comes with an instruction manual.
