these transportation safety vests are dynamically tested to position special needs children and adults in a car, van or bus (with the appropriate seat mount). each vest is sized for growth; there are three back zipper positions on each size. e-z-on vests exceed the requirements of federal impact test standards and meet fire retardancy standards. must use vests with the appropriate e-z-on mounting systems. vest for tether mount must be used with 3994-04. vest for floor or portable seat mount must be used with 3994-05 or3994-10. vans require a floor mount. vests meet fmvss213 safety regulations.
