simple application:
just place the foam wedge anywhere near the ball ofthe foot and adjust the straps to achieve the best fit. fxt ultra holdsyour foot at approximately 90 degrees so the plantar fascia is in astretched position where it may heal. if the fxt is worn overnight, theplantar fascia can begin repairing itself during sleep and alleviate pain.
